Review: Youth to the People Superfood Air Whip Moisturiser Cream

 Hi everyone,

I have recently been using the Youth to the People Superfood Air Whip Moisturiser Cream as part of my morning skincare routine, and I have really enjoyed using it.

Claims
- Is a light, creamy gel like texture that absorbs quickly
- Working to restore, balance & condition all skin types
- Formula smells fresh & clean
- Formulated with antioxidant rich kale & green tea that protect skin with phytonutrients
- Added Vitamins C, E & K, as well as hyaluronic acid to help draw moisture into the skin and helping the complexion to retain water for a plump, healthy and hydrated complexion.

This was an absolute delight to use as part of morning skincare routine, as not only did it sink into my skin straight away, but it instantly gave my skin a boost of hydration at the same time. I also noticed that I didn't need to use a lot of product for this to be effective. My skin feels plump and really well hydrated thanks to this moisturiser.

This was only a travel size that I tried, and I'm really happy that I tried a travel size of this moisturiser before purchasing the full size; as I think I've found another day time moisturiser that works for me. On the plus side it's also a more natural product, so that's an added bonus. The scent of the moisturiser is also on the natural side, and I'm not going to lie, as it took me around a week to get used to.

If your looking into more natural skincare brands have a look into Youth to the People, and see if you find any products that appeal to you and your skincare needs. I was pleasantly surprised by this moisturiser, and I do want to purchase a full size of this moisturiser once I have gone through a couple of more day time moisturisers that I have in my  back stock.

A Little Beauty Haul 2021

 Hi everyone,

I have recently done a little bit of shopping, and I have stumbled across a couple of items that I have wanted to try for a while. I also went into Manchester for the first time in about 18 months, so that was a nice change of scenery for a little shopping trip.

The White Company 'Seychelles' Range
I have recently treated myself to some of the 'Seychelles' range from The White Company, as it has been years since I have had this fragrance. So, I decided to buy a home candle, hand wash and hand lotion in the same scent. The hand wash and hand lotion came as part of a gift set, but you can also buy these items separately if you wanted too.

OUAI Hair Care Range
I have decided to try a few more haircare products from the OUAI hair care range. I'm already using the Detox shampoo, so this is just a back up bottle for when I'm ready to use it. I've also got the Super Dry Shampoo and the Wave Spray. The Super Dry Shampoo & the Wave Spray are two products from OUAI that I have never used before. Also, the Detox Shampoo & the Super Dry Shampoo where part of a gift set that I had just happen to come across; and it was actually better value for me to buy the gift set as I would have ended spending more if I had purchased the items on an individual basis. The Wave Spray is just a travel size, so then I can try it out and get a feel for the product to see if I like it or not.

Sanctuary Spa White Lily & Damask Rose Range
I've had my eye on this range from Sanctuary Spa ever since it got released a few years ago, and I have never got around to buying it until now. From the White Lily & Damask Rose range I got the body butter, shower gel and also the body lotion. If you ever chance to smell this range from Sanctuary Spa please do, as its one of my absolute favourite ranges that Sanctuary Spa offer.

Giorgio Armani My Way 50ml EDP
I'm not usually a fan of orange blossom scented fragrances, but this fragrance from Giorgio Armani is absolutely delightful. The orange blossom isn't over powering, and because it's blended with other florals it makes it a lighter orange blossom fragrance. This will be lovely to wear during the spring and summer months, due to the lightness of the orange blossom.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Light Foundation in 'Ecru'
I've caved and brought the Estee Lauder Double Wear Light foundation, as the original Double Wear didn't appeal to me due to it being a heavier foundation. The shade 'Ecru' is the perfect match for my natural skin tone. Also, I don't need to use a lot of this foundation to get the covering I need.

Review: Superdrug B. Hydrated Booster

 Hi everyone,

I have just recently started to the Superdrug B. Hydrated Booster as part of my morning skincare routine. I decided to introduce this into my morning skincare routine as I wanted to try something a little different to a hyaluronic acid serum.

Claims
- Boosts hydration to soften and freshen the skin
- Use either on its own or alongside your favourite moisturiser
- Based on the Korean concept of Ampules

Helps to boost hydration due to it containing hyaluronic acid, which is well known for its hydrating skincare benefits

Helps to soften and freshen the skin due to its blend of three Australian super fruits (Burdekin Plum, Illawarra Plum & Kakadu Plum)

I use the Superdrug B. Hydrated Booster as my hyaluronic acid step in my morning skincare routine, and it helps to give my skin a boost of hydration that lasts throughout the day.

It also has a very lightweight formula that sinks into the skin straight away, and makes my skin feel a little more nourished and hydrated.

Also, this is a budget friendly hyaluronic acid as it retails for around £10 but you can sometimes find it it on offer. This is a really good hyaluronic acid, and its brilliant if you are looking to add hyaluronic acid into your skincare routine, but you maybe looking for a budget friendly option. If you are on a budget I would recommend that you get this while its on offer (if its on offer by the time this post goes live).

Review: Superdrug B. Hydrated Leave on Face Mask

 Hi everyone,

I have been using the Superdrug B. Hydrated Leave on Face Mask as part of my evening skincare routine.

Claims
- Replenishes, hydrates & comforts
- Instantly boosts skin's hydration, and will leave the skin feeling fully replenished, looking less dry and feeling more comfortable
- Suitable for all skin types

Provides instant hydration due to this leave on face mask containing hyaluronic acid, which helps to lock in moisture and improves the skin's overall comfort

It also helps to improve the appearance of dry and flakey skin due to it containing skin soothing ingredients Squalane and Babassu Oil

This is a lovely budget friendly overnight face mask from Superdrug, as I can certainly notice a difference in the way that my skin feels when I wake up the following morning.

What I have noticed while I have been using this overnight mask is that you don't need to use a lot of product to get the job done. I made this mistake the first time that I used it, and it used way too much. A small amount is more than enough to use; otherwise it takes a while to blend in and sink into the skin.

It does have quite a thick consistency, but it does sink into the skin straight away if you only use a small amount.

I would recommend that you give this leave on face mask a try, especially as it is budget friendly and a little goes a very way. I think it retails for around £8, but you can sometimes find it on offer. It's a gorgeous product to use for anyone looking to add an extra boost of hydration into their evening skincare routine.

Review: Sukin Certified Organic Rosehip Oil

 Hi everyone,

I have just started to use the Rosehip Oil from Sukin as part of my evening skincare routine. It has been years since I have used a Rosehip Oil within my skincare routine; and I had forgotten how nice it is to have Rosehip Oil as part of skincare routine.

Claims
- The Sukin Certified Organic Rosehip Oil is a multi use product
- It contains 70% essential fatty acids, which aid and maintain the healthy building blocks of the skin
- It also contains vitamins that help to soothe, soften and hydrate the skin
- The Sukin Certified Organic Rosehip Oil also contains nourishing properties helps to reduce the appearance of scars as well as combat the signs of ageing.
- Feeds the skin nutrients and it can be used regularly to help relieve redness due to dry and itchy skin
- Maintains the skin's optimal health
- Fast absorbing oil leaves the skin looking and feeling radiant and healthy

This is a lovely Rosehip Oil to use as part of any skincare routine, and it has been a good few years since I have used a good Rosehip Oil. I love to use this Rosehip Oil as the final step of my facial oils before I apply my moisturiser in my evening skincare routine.

This Rosehip Oil sinks into the straight away, and it gives my skin a boost of nourishment and makes it feel a lot more supple and hydrated. It has quite a thick consistency, but I think that is due to how concentrated it is. But, it does sink into the skin straight away and you only need a few drops to get the job done.

I had actually forgotten how nice it is to have a Rosehip Oil within my skincare routine, as I have started to notice a difference in how my skin feels overall. It feels nourished, plump and nowhere near as dry as it once was.

Review: DaJan Organics Mood Boost Shower Steamers

 Hi everyone,

I have been using the Mood Boost Shower Steamers from DaJan Organics, and these are absolutely lovely to use while in the shower just to make it a more enjoyable experience.

Claims
- Jasmine & Vanilla fragrance oils awaken the senses
- Enjoy the mood boost for the day ahead
- Comes in a pack of three
- Each shower steamer lasts between 1 - 2 showers

I love using these little shower steamers while I'm having a shower, as they create a lovely light scented atmosphere. The Jasmine & Vanilla is absolutely delightful to use, as it just provides a light burst of fragrance to the shower without it being overpowering.

The shower steamers work in a similar way to a bath bomb, and you just add these into the shower while you are in there and it will gently release the fragrance.

NB) Don't put these near the plug hole, as they will just go straight down the drain. You need to place it just in front of you, but to the side. That way the water isn't pounding it, and you should be able to get another use of it once you finished your shower.

Review: Summer Fridays Super Amino Gel Cleanser

 Hi everyone,

I have recently started to use the Summer Fridays Super Amino Gel Cleanser as part of my morning skincare routine.

Claims
- A gentle pH balancing gel cleanser that treats skin to a restoring cocktail of 11 amino acids with a splash of mineral rich seawater
- Leaves skin feeling clean & nourished
- Gentle enough for all skin types

This a lovely lightweight gel cleanser that nourishes the while cleansing. It does foam up, but not as much as other gel cleansers; and I think that is due to being a more 'natural' cleanser.

When I first started using this cleanser I was using just a pump at a time, but it was cleansing my skin as well as I was hoping for. So, I increased the amount to two pumps, and it suits my skin perfectly. On the plus side it doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped, despite this being a mild clarifying cleanser.

This cleanser does have a mild fragrance, but its nothing too overpowering.

This is a lovely gentle gel cleanser to use in the mornings, as it isn't stripping to the skin. It also leaves the skin feeling nourished and ready for the next stage of the skincare routine.

Review: DaJan Organics Sandalwood & Patchouli Moisturising Body Oil

Hi everyone,

I have been using the Sandalwood & Patchouli Moisturising Body Oil from DaJan Organics for well over a month, and it is such a lovely body product to use just after you come out of the shower.

Claims
- Sandalwood moisturising body oil is a luxurious blend of sweet almond, hazelnut, jojoba & Argan oils
- These oils quickly absorb into the skin, leaving it feeling softened, moisturised & hydrated without it feeling greasy
- Promotes a healthy looking complexion
- Fragranced with Sandalwood, Patchouli & Ylang Ylang essential oils

I have really enjoyed using this moisturising body oil after I have come out of the shower, as you really can feel it sinking into your skin. I also really enjoy the relaxing fragrance that this body oil has.

This body oil sinks into my straight away, and not only does it smell amazing with the Sandalwood & Patchouli fragrance; but it also leaves my body feeling both moisturised and hydrated. Also, you only don't need to use a lot of this body oil as a little bit goes a very long way.

I also like to combine this with the Ylang Ylang & Lavender Room & Linen Mist by spraying the room & linen mist on my pillow before I go to bed. It creates a lovely calm atmosphere before I go to sleep and it also relaxes me into a sleep. I actually sleep a little too well with this combination of products.

They also have another body oil that I'm interested in picking up and seeing if it is just as nice as this one.

They also have their own website www.soapyskin.co.uk, and there you will be able to browse all of their lovely products.

Review: Herbivore Prism Exfoliating Serum

 Hi everyone,

I have just started to use the Herbivore Prism Exfoliating Serum as part of my Sunday evening skincare routine, due to running out of my Pixi Overnight Glow Serum.

Claims
- 12% AHA & 3% BHA
- A blend of natural AHAs including lactic, glycolic & Malic acids plus a concentration of natural BHA Willow Bark to exfoliate dead skin cells to reveal smooth, bright & glowing skin.

Key Ingredients
Bilberry Lactic Acid - A natural AHA to gently exfoliate & reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation.
Sugar Glycolic & Malic Acids - Natural AHAs to visibly improve skintone & texture
Willow Bark - A natural BHA to clarify & tone
Aloe & Rose Water - A duo of soothing botanical waters to calm & hydrate skin

This is a lovely exfoliating serum from Herbivore. It has a lovely lightweight texture that sinks into the skin straight away, but it leaves my skin slightly hydrated and not stripped unlike the Pixi Overnight Glow serum which I was using before hand.

It caught me by surprise the first time I used this serum, as I had forgotten how intense the serums from Herbivore could be. But, the more I have used this serum the more my skin has got used to this serum and it isn't as intense anymore. I can still feel this serum working once it has been applied to my skin, but its nowhere near as bad as the first time around.

I've found that I only need to use a couple of drops of this serum due to its lightweight formulation. I have noticed that my skin does feel smoother the following morning after I have used this serum.

If you do have sensitive skin, and are interested in trying this serum I would try and get a sample to try before investing into the full size. I'm just going off how intense I found this serum to be the first time I used it, and it could be a little bit too much for someone who has really sensitive skin.

Review: DaJan Organics Ylang Ylang & Lavender Room & Linen Mist

 Hi everyone,

I have recently been using a room spray by a company that is local to me called DaJan Organics. The one that I have been using is in the fragrance Ylang Ylang & Lavender.

Claims
- Create an uplifting atmosphere with the Ylang Ylang & Lavender Room & Linen Mist
- Fragranced with Ylang Ylang, Lavender & Bergamot essential oils that encourage a light & positive mood

I've only been using this as a pillow spray for the past month, and it is absolutely brilliant. It not only relaxes me before I go to sleep, but it also sends me to sleep more or less straight away.

The fragrance of this room & linen mist smells divine, as it isn't just Ylang Ylang. There is something within the blend that creates a sweet warmth to the fragrance, and it's lovely.

They have to other fragrances within their room & linen mist collection, which I'm looking forward to picking up and exploring to see if they are just as good as this one.

If you are interested in looking into DaJan Organics they have a website and its www.soapyskin.co.uk

Skincare Haul

 Hi everyone,

I have recently been doing a little shopping for skincare products, as I have quite a few that are due to finished anytime.

I went to Cult Beauty for a few of the products, and the rest are from Q&A Skincare.

Disciple Clean & Serene Facial Cleanser
Disciple is a brand that I would really like to explore, as they seem like a really interesting brand. The Clean & Serene cleanser is a new product from Disciple, and I'm really looking forward to using it when the time comes. I'm just not too sure which skincare routine I would like it be a part of at the moment.

Q&A Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Cleanser
This is the first of quite a few products from Q&A Skincare in this haul. My skin is really likes hyaluronic acid for an added boost of hydration, and it really enjoys the ingredient in the form of a cleanser; as it isn't stripping to the skin. I'm really looking forward to including into my skincare routine; and I think it's going to be part of my morning skincare routine.

Q&A Green Tea Daily Toner
This sounds like a really lovely toner use from Q&A, and I know that the ingredient green tea is meant to be really beneficial to the skin. The one thing about this toner is that you have to shake it before you apply it to your skin. I think its a bi-phase formula, but I'm not too sure on that at the moment.

Q&A Seaweed Peptide Eye Gel
The Seaweed Peptide Eye Gel was one product from Q&A that I had considered to pick up when I did my last Holland & Barrett Haul. With it being a peptide eye gel I have decided to put this into my night time skincare routine once my current eye gel is finished.

Q&A Chamomile Night Cream
This night cream sounds like I'm going to enjoy using it as part of my night time skincare routine. The consistency is a gel cream texture, but with a slightly thicker consistency. It's also meant to be soothing to the skin, as well as hydrating.

Youth To The People 'Daily Skin Health' Youth Stack
The Youth to the People 'Daily Skin Health' Youth Stack contains two of the products from the brand that I have always wanted to try. It contains a 30ml Superfood Cleanser and also a 15ml Superfood Moisture Cream. These are great deluxe sample sizes to try without splashing out on the full size products. The Superfood Moisture Cream is due to be rolled into my morning skincare routine anytime, as my current morning moisturiser is nearly finished. The Superfood Cleanser will be rolled into my evening skincare routine once I up a couple of other cleansers before hand.

Q&A Hyaluronic Acid Facial Serum
I have already have one these in my skincare back ups ready to go, so I thought that having one isn't going to do any harm. I love using hyaluronic acid facial oils during the day, as part of my morning skincare routine. So, I'm really looking forward to using this when I get around it.

Q&A Liquorice Lip Oil
I had no idea that Q&A did lip care, but my lips are in need of a bit of TLC. I will be keeping this in my handbag with me for when I'm on-the-go.

Review: Nivea Daily Essentials Refreshing Toner

 Hi everyone,

I have recently started to use the Nivea Daily Essentials Refreshing Toner as part of my morning skincare routine. As much as I like using toners within my skincare routines; this one ended up taking me a few weeks to get used too and I'll explain why further down in the review.

Claims
- Tones the skin & removes residues
- Leaves the skin feeling invigorated due to its mild & refreshing formula that contains Vitamin E & Hydra IQ
- Uses ingredients inspired by nature to create high performance products that work in harmony with your skin
- Suitable for Normal to Combination skin types

I started using this toner a few months ago, and it's taken me a good while to be able to form a view for this toner.

To me this is a good basic toner, and it does slightly hydrate my skin once it applied using a cotton pad. But, one of the first things that hit me when I first started to use this toner is how strong the fragrance is within this particular product. It smells strongly of the signature Nivea fragrance that they use within most of their products, but with this being a toner I wasn't expecting it to smell as strongly as it did.
If you are sensitive to fragrances or your skin doesn't like strongly fragranced products applied to it then please don't use this product.

I'm usually okay with fragrance within skincare products, but there's a limit to what I can personally tolerate; and this ended up taking me a good few weeks to get used too.

The toner has a lightweight formula, but I've also found that I need of this toner to do its job; and that also shouldn't be the case. But, what I do agree with within the claims is that it is for people who have normal to combination skin. I would say that it is aimed at people who are more prone to combination skin, as it can be a little bit drying at times (not always).

DaJan Organics Haul

 Hi everyone,

I have done a little bit of shopping recently at a new store thats in my local area. The company is called DaJan Organics, and they are company who are actually based locally to myself. They specialise in Aromatherapy, skin care and creating an all round relaxing atmosphere for both yourself and within your home.

DaJan Organics Natural Moisturising Body Oil in Sandalwood & Patchouli
Out of both of the body oil scents this one appealed to me the most, as it seemed to be the most relaxing of the two scents available. This is also just the small size, which is 50ml but they also offer the body oils in an 100ml. This body oils contains loads of different natural oils that have different benefits to them. I'm really looking forward to using this body oil before I go to bed - just to see if it relaxes me a little bit more, and maybe sleep a little easier.

DaJan Organics Aromatherapy Room & Linen Spray in Ylang Ylang & Lavender
This is a slightly more brighter and happier scent compared to the Sandalwood & Patchouli, which is more relaxing. This can be used as a room spray and also a pillow/ linen and clothes spray; depending on how you fancy using it. There's a little bit of sweet note within the Ylang Ylang & Lavender fragrance, but I can't figure out what is giving it the sweetness. This also lasts within the room depending how much of it you use at any one time. The Ylang Ylang & Lavender Room & Linen Spray is happily sitting on bedside table to be used as a pillow spray.

DaJan Organics Shower Steamers in Mood Boost & Easy Breathe
They offer around five different scents for the shower steamers, but these where the two that appealed to me the most. The Mood Boost fragrance is Jasmine & Vanilla, and this is the sweeter one of the two scents that I have got, and the Easy Breathe fragrance is Peppermint & Eucalyptus; and this one will certainly wake you up in the mornings. You get three shower steamers per pack, and each shower steamer can last up to two showers. I'm really looking forward to using these in the shower, as it might make a little more enjoyable.

They also have a website which is www.soapyskin.co.uk, and they have a whole range of products on there from essential oils, gifts, hand and foot care, skincare, and also bath and body care.

Review: Purito Pure Vitamin C Serum

 Hi everyone,

I have recently just started to use the Purito Pure Vitamin C Serum, as part of my evening skincare routine.

Claims
- Purito Vitamin C serum is a perfect product to recharge your skin. The brightening serum with 5% Vitamin C & 84% hyaluronic acid along with natural niacinamide & red ginseng is perfect to rejuvenate the skin
- The serum relieves acne scars, dark circles & freckles along with whitening effects. It also promotes the effects of ant-ageing
- Ensures clear tone & firm healthy skin the following day
- Contains 5% Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)

This is a lovely, lightweight Vitamin C serum that sinks into the skin straight away. I have been using Vitamin C products for years, but this is the only one so far that I have experienced a slight tingling sensation once it has been applied to my skin. So, if you have sensitive skin this might not be the product for you due to the tingling sensation. The tingling sensation is due to this product containing 5% Ascorbic acid, which is the variant of Vitamin C used in this serum.

Purito also recommend to use one to two pumps of their Vitamin C serum, which I find to be more than enough as it does sink into the skin more or less straight away.

This is a lovely Vitamin C serum to use, and a great introduction into serums and facial oils that contain a slightly higher percentage of Ascorbic acid than what my not be easily accessible on the high street (at least for the moment).

Also, apologies for the photo as this serum does come with separate pump and it was supposed to be included on the photo. But, I knocked off the bottle while I was in the bathroom and the pump broke. I did try to fix it, but with no luck. So, I've transferred the serum to another skincare bottle which I had due to it being such a lightweight serum.

Review: Heimish All Clean Balm

 Hi everyone,

I have recently started to use the Heimish All Clean Balm as part of my evening skincare routine, and I'm really enjoying using it.

Claims
- Heimish All Clean Balm is a solid balm that transforms into a silky oil cleanser on the skin, and it then turns into a milky texture once you add water
- The soft & lightweight texture removes make up & residue without stripping the skin of it's natural oils.
- Formulated with citrus herb oils to naturally brighten & nourish the skin
- Suitable for all skin types

I'm really enjoying using this cleansing balm as part of my evening skincare routine, as it does a really good at cleansing the skin. It also leaves the skin feeling both nourished and hydrated once it has been removed using a hot cloth. It also smells delightful and very spa like, which gives it a more luxurious feel and adds to the experience.

Also, you only need to use a little bit of this cleansing balm at a time, as a little bit goes a long way.

I never understood the hype around this cleansing balm until I started to use it personally, as its not only just a lovely product to use, but it is also budget friendly.

Review: Vichy Mineral 89 for Eyes

 Hi everyone,

I have just started to use the Vichy Mineral 89 for Eyes as part of my evening skincare routine. I'm also using the Vichy Mineral 89 serum as part of my morning skincare routine.

Claims
- Mineral 89 Eyes is a hyaluronic acid booster that hydrates, smooths & brightens the delicate eye area.
- Helps to reduce the appearance of eye bags, dark circles & fine lines
- Protects the skin barrier
- Formulated with caffeine, natural origin hyaluronic acid, Adenosine & 89% Vichy Thermal Mineralising water
- The fresh, light texture is pleasant to apply & absorbs into the complexion instantly, leaving it hydrated but not greasy, sticky or shiny

This is a lovely product to use under the delicate eye area, due to its lightweight consistency. I find that every time I use this product my eyes feels instantly refreshed and hydrated. It also has a very slight cooling effect, which is also lovely.

I've also found that this product doesn't irritate my delicate eye area, which is what some other eye creams have done in the past. It sinks into the eye area more or less instantly, and it gives it an instant boost of hydration. I also don't need to use a lot of this product to get the full benefits, a little bit goes a very long way with this under eye serum.

I've noticed my under eye area now feels a lot more plump and hydrated, and in overall better health. The only thing that I have done is switched to this product.

This is a lovely under eye product for anyone whose looking to add an extra boost of hydration, and its also a nice budget friendly option for anyone who looking for a nice eye serum, but isn't too sure what to look for. Due to it being lightweight formula it's also beginner friendly, and you don't need much of this product at all.

Superdrug Haul

 Hi everyone,

I have recently been doing a little shopping in Superdrug, and this time around I've picked up all of the 'Superdrug' own branded products. Some of which have only just been released, and two products that I have been trying to get hands on, but every time I went in they were always sold out.

Naturally Radiant Hot Cloth Cleanser
I have just recently used up the Vitamin E Hot Cloth cleanser from Superdrug, so I wanted to give the Naturally Radiant Hot Cloth a go to see if its any better/ different from the Vitamin E Hot Cloth cleanser. Also, the Naturally Radiant Hot Cloth cleanser has received really good reviews over the years.

Naturally Radiant 2 in 1 Moisturiser & Serum
I love using serums in my skincare routine, so I thought I would give this one a try. I've only tried it on the back of my hand so far, and it seems to have a gel cream consistency as well as intense warming feeling due to the glycolic acid. It could be a different experience once it has been applied to face and I have used it properly to get a feeling of what this product actually does.

Naturally Radiant Renewing Night Cream
It has been ages since I have used a standard night cream, but I thought I would pick this one up as I am exploring more of 'Superdrug's' skincare ranges. This does contain glycolic acid, so I'm hoping that it will be just a small amount per use. As I don't actually use glycolic acid on a nightly basis, as I don't want to over exfoliate my skin.

B. Hydrated Leave On Face Mask
This to me seems to be an overnight face mask, which my skin absolutely loves and has done for many years. This is the first time that I have noticed a purse friendly version, and I'm really looking forward to using this once my current night time moisturiser runs out.

Superdrug Extracts Avocado & Manuka Honey Shampoo & Conditioner
This is the product from Superdrug that I have been struggling to get a hold of for a good few months. I have used the shampoo and conditioner, and all I can say is that both of these are lovely and they also smell great. They leave my hair feeling soft and nourished, and also in a really nice condition.

Superdrug Extracts Watermelon & Mint 3 in 1 Hair Mask
This has only just recently been launched as part of their extracts range, and they also have two other hair masks. The Watermelon & Mint hair mask really appealed to me because it sounded delicious. It smells delightful, and I'm really looking forward to using this hair mask once I have gone through a few of my others.

I'm really looking forward to using and exploring the products that I have recently picked up from Superdrug, and seeing how I can incorporate them into my skincare and hair care routines.

Review: Vichy Aqualia Thermal Gel Cream Moisturiser

 Hi everyone,

I have recently started to use the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Gel Cream as part of my morning skincare routine, and I'm really enjoying using it as part routine as its the first moisturiser from Vichy that I have tried.

Claims
- An intense & long lasting gel cream for normal/ combination skin types that provides up to 48 hours of hydration
- Targets moisture loss by rehydrating normal/ combination skin with an intense & long lasting daily formula inspired by isotonic rehydration
- 97% of ingredients are sourced from natural origin
- Intense hydration for up to 48 hours
- Fine lines appear reduced
- Enriched with 15% Vichy Mineralising Thermal Water
- The formula is enriched with mineral salts, naturally sourced hyaluronic acid & plant sugar mannose that works to lock in moisture & also reduce water loss
- Complexion is left feeling dewy, fresh & hydrated

This is a lovely, lightweight gel cream formula that sinks into the skin straight away, and it gives the skin a boost of hydration. Once it has been applied it leaves my skin feeling soft, supple and also very hydrated throughout the day. It also has a very subtle fragrance that smells similar to Nivea products.

My skin loves a good gel cream moisturiser, as it is combination skin; which can sometimes be a bit of a pain to find products that not only cleanse the skin without stripping it of any its natural oils, but to then products that will add hydration back into the skin without being too heavy and taking a long time to sink in.

I'm really impressed with this gel cream moisturiser from Vichy, as its working wonderfully with my combination skin and adds a boost of hydration that leaves my skin feeling both refreshed and moisturised throughout the day.
