Review: Ole Henrikson Banana Bright Eye Cream

 Hi everyone,

I have been using the new Ole Henrikson Banana Bright Eye Cream as part of my morning skincare routine and I'm really enjoying it.

Claims
- Brightens, firms, improves concealer wear & instantly reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles
- Boosts collagen & deeply hydrates
- Lightweight Vitamin C eye cream
- Colour corrects

Vitamin C - Helps to target the visible signs of ageing
Collagen - Helps to improve the look of the skin's youthful elasticity
Banana Powder inspired pigments - Instantly illuminates

It has also been formulated without any parabens, sulfates or phthalates

This eye cream from Ole Henrikson has taken me by surprise, as I'm really getting along with it.

The Banana Bright eye cream as a lovely lightweight texture, but it does have a little thickness too it; but it does sink into the skin under the eyes quickly. It gives the skin under the eyes a little bit of hydration, and gives the look of a 'more awake' appearance. You only need a tiny amount of this eye cream at a time, as it has a tendency to spread quite well underneath the eye area.

This product from Ole Henrikson has taken me by surprise of actually enjoying using it. I've used two Ole Henrikson eye creams in the past and I personally didn't along with them, as they give me an allergic reaction to both of them. Hence why I was a little hesitant with this one. All I can say is that I haven't had any issues with the Banana Bright eye cream so far.

Superdrug & Skinsider Haul

 Hi everyone,

I have recently been doing a little bit of shopping for some beauty items that I wanted to try and to also stock up on. There is a mixture of UK beauty products from Superdrug; as well as a couple of K-Beauty products from a UK based website called Skinsider.

Superdrug B.Clean Sparkling Water Cleanser
I've had my eye on this cleanser for a while, but I've never actually picked it up until now. The B.Clean Sparkling Water Cleanser could work brilliantly for both my morning and evening skincare routines, but I'm not too sure at the moment which skincare routine that I want to use it for.

Superdrug B.Hydrate Booster
The B.Hydrate Booster is for my morning skincare routine, as that is were I use a hyaluronic acid based facial oil/ serum. This has a little dropper, which should make it easier to get a consistent dosage for daily use. This will be first time of using an hyaluronic acid based skincare booster, so I'm looking forward to seeing if it works with my morning skincare routine.

Superdrug Packet Face Masks
I've decided to try a few of the packet face masks that Superdrug has to offer, and these are all the clay based face masks; but they also do peel off masks as well. These face masks are also very reasonably priced, and can more often than not be found on a 3 for 2 deal. The masks I have chosen are the Moisturising Avocado, Purifying Superfruits and Cooling Cucumber. I also reckon that I will be able to get more than one use out of each packet.

Superdrug Foot Packs
I've used these foot packs before, and they are nourishing to the feet and provide them with a little pamper and TLC. I've used both the Honey & Almond and also the Tea Tree & Peppermint ones before. I really enjoyed using the Honey & Almond ones, so I decided to stock up on a couple. They also had a new version which is Coconut, so I thought I would give that a try and see how it goes.

Superdrug Studio London Brushes
I was after a new blush brush and powder brush to replace the ones from Real Techniques that I have had for years, and I came across these brushes by Superdrug. The gold toned brush range is really nice and they are also really, really soft. The top brush is the powder brush, and the bottom one is the blush brush. I'm really looking forward to using these, and to see how they perform.

Heimish All Clean Balm
I had to get another one of these cleansing balms, even though I haven't started using my other one. I seem to be going through cleansing balms at a pretty good at the moment so I'm not really worried about not getting to it. It smells like a spa, and I'm really looking forward to using it as a first cleanse as part of my evening skincare routine.

Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop
I'm really getting into the idea of exploring K Beauty Vitamin C serums/ facial oils, and they seems to have a great percentage of Vitamin C within their serums. The Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop from Klairs also had some really nice reviews.
